Meditation is the name of the game if you want out, and fast, when it comes to stress, tension and a hectic unhealthy lifestyle. It is a simple procedure really, and has helped millions find a piece of mind, peace and satisfaction not available by many other means. Especially those of us living in cities will feel the need for meditation tremendously. Its effects are manifold and beneficial, its requirements minimal.
